Quick calculation
Find a percentage, compare an amount to a total, or calculate a discounted price.
Savings target
Find how much to save each month, or how long it will take to reach your goal.
Starting from zero savings. Target ÷ number of months, rounded up to the next whole currency unit. No interest or investment growth included.
Property comparison
Divide the property price by its area to compare properties on the same basis.
Use the same area definition when comparing properties—for example, built-up area with built-up area. Excludes buying fees. Results rounded to 2 decimal places.
Payment balance
Subtract what you’ve already paid from the total price to see the remaining balance.
Total price − amount already paid. Fees, interest and other charges are only included if you add them to the total price. Results rounded to 2 decimal places.
Flexible schedule
Add payments with different dates and percentages. See how much to set aside each month and what remains after every installment.
| Due month | Payment % | Amount | Months in period | Save per month | Paid after | Balance remaining | Actions |
|---|
Monthly savings are calculated separately for each period: installment amount ÷ months since the previous payment. Payments must be in chronological order. The estimate starts from zero and excludes growth, fees and money already saved.
